1. Purpose of the Candidate Referral Form
This referral form is designed to provide an opportunity for employees or external individuals to recommend potential candidates for employment at POSSEFY GROUP (“the Company”). The purpose is to support the recruitment process by identifying qualified individuals who are suitable for the available job positions.
2. Referrer’s Responsibilities
The referrer is required to confirm that they have obtained the informed consent of the individual being referred prior to submitting any personal data via this form.
The referrer must not submit false or misleading information, and must refrain from referring any individual without their knowledge and permission.
3. Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Personal Data
The Company will collect, use, and disclose personal data of both the referrer and the referred candidate is strictly for recruitment purposes only. All processing of personal information will be conducted in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
The Company will not use the provided information for any unrelated purpose without obtaining prior consent from the data subjects.
4. No Guarantee of Employment or Incentive
Submitting a candidate referral does not guarantee that the Company will employ the referred individual. Furthermore, it does not create any obligation on the part of the Company to provide compensation, incentives, or rewards to the referrer, unless such rewards are clearly stated as part of a specific referral campaign or incentive program officially communicated by the Company.
5. Accuracy and Validity of Information
The referrer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided regarding the referred candidate is accurate, truthful, and up to date. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any referral from consideration if the submitted information is found to be incorrect, outdated, or submitted with dishonest intent.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Both the referrer and the referred candidate have rights under the PDPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority.
7. Change of Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon publication via the Company’s official website or internal communication channels.
