Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Human Resources to join our client. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR management experience in the mining industry and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements associated with this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR function across all operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation, and benefits.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Oversee talent management and succession planning.
• Drive organizational change and development initiatives.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a HR leader in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and mining industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
