Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in the apparel or garment industry? We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Assistant Group CFO to join a leading company based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership to support the company's growth and operational goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to ensure effective decision-making.
• Manage compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient processes and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and financial strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holder.
• Experience: 10-15 years in the apparel or garment industry.
• Certification: Holds Brevet A and Brevet B.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
