Job brief:

Our client is looking for an office assistant to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. Will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Maintain office filing system.
  • Dealing with courier and postal service and other external customers as per the instruction of Manager.
  • Recording financial transactions
  • Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks
  • Bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
  • Co-ordinate with all internal stake holders

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience as Office Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Good MS Office and must be fluent in English proficiency and communication.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality of high degree
  • Carry out all the duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality.
  • Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organisation and as directed from time to time
