Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator

Our client, a well-established building material manufacturer in Sharjah, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations, excellent customer service, and accurate documentation for both credit and non-credit customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage detailed sales quotes using the CRM system.

Maintain organized and accurate records of customer files and concrete booking orders.

Compile and prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports and presentations.

Handle all aspects of cash sales, including inward and outward payments, ensuring precise documentation.

Issue monthly electronic invoices and Statements of Accounts (SOAs).

Follow up systematically with customers on outstanding payments and provide updates to the sales team.

Support internal control processes and ensure compliance with the company's minimum control standards (MCS).

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, including new customer/job site creations and pricing trackers.

Assist the sales team with daily activities and coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.

Participate actively in health, safety, and environmental management programs.

Ensure compliance with competition law, anti-bribery regulations, and the companys code of business conduct.
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field.

25 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably within the building materials sector.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
