Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator

Our client, a well-established building material manufacturer in Sharjah, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their dynamic Sales & Marketing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations, excellent customer service, and accurate documentation for both credit and non-credit customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage detailed sales quotes using the CRM system.

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of customer files and concrete booking orders.

  • Compile and prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports and presentations.

  • Handle all aspects of cash sales, including inward and outward payments, ensuring precise documentation.

  • Issue monthly electronic invoices and Statements of Accounts (SOAs).

  • Follow up systematically with customers on outstanding payments and provide updates to the sales team.

  • Support internal control processes and ensure compliance with the company's minimum control standards (MCS).

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, including new customer/job site creations and pricing trackers.

  • Assist the sales team with daily activities and coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations.

  • Participate actively in health, safety, and environmental management programs.

  • Ensure compliance with competition law, anti-bribery regulations, and the companys code of business conduct.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field.

  • 25 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably within the building materials sector.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
