Our client, a growing cinema chain with operations across Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia , Vietnam and Cambodia, is looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead and drive their marketing strategy, brand growth, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies across all marketing functions, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.

  • Manage the marketing department budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.

  • Set, monitor, and report on departmental goals and KPIs.

  • Create impactful branding and positioning strategies to strengthen market presence.

  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels and initiatives (events, email campaigns, websites, and promotional materials).

  • Analyze consumer behavior and define customer personas to tailor marketing approaches.

  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to enhance brand awareness.

  • Build and execute the digital marketing roadmap.

  • Manage all digital marketing channels to maintain brand consistency and drive engagement.

  • Measure and report on marketing performance, including ROI and KPIs.

  • Develop targeted campaigns to maintain high levels of customer interaction.

  • Optimize online content with SEO and Google Analytics insights.

  • Forecast sales trends and proactively adjust strategies to capture market opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the marketing team to exceed targets.

  • Monitor competitors and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Stay abreast of digital trends and emerging marketing technologies.

  • Produce monthly progress reports covering both offline and digital marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing & Sales, or in a similar senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the cinema, retail, or food & beverage sectors.

  • Proven track record in executing successful marketing and digital campaigns.

  • Deep understanding of modern digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.

  • Familiarity with web design principles and tools.

  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to prioritize goals and manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and proactive approach.
