- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead the business, commercial, sales management, and marketing teams, providing guidance, support, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify new market opportunities, evaluate potential partnerships, and develop strategies to expand the company's regional presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development, pricing, and marketing strategies aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Drive distributor performance through effective relationship management, training, and incentive programs.
