Main Duties, Authorities, and Responsibilities

Duties

  • Develop strategies and content concepts for the COE (Center of Excellence) to achieve targeted revenue and throughput
  • Manage the branding of the COE under their responsibility

  • Create new service products and/or enhance existing ones for the responsible COE.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively communicate the benefits of service products to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of new service product concepts for the responsible COE.
  • Assess the profitability of service products and enhance the brand's presence in the target market.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and evaluation of market trends, consumer needs, and competitors.

Authority

  • Collaborate and coordinate with Hospital Directors, Division Heads, and cross-division stakeholders at the corporate level.
  • Coordinate with third parties/vendors/suppliers/companies related to COE activities.
  • Evaluate direct subordinates performance and discuss with the GM COE & PD.

Responsibilities

  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and medical knowledge as part of planning and executing campaigns.
  • Build good working relationships with internal parties (specialist doctors involved in COE, hospital management, corporate commercial teams, and cross-sectoral corporate teams) and external parties (hospital consumerspatients, companies, insuranceor third-party partnerships).
  • Be target-oriented in alignment with company objectives.

Position Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in General Medicine or Life Sciences. A Masters in Management/Marketing/Business is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Leadership qualities, innovative thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing, communication, business, and product development.
  • Foreign language skills, especially English (for reading

    medical journals); other languages like Mandarin, Japanese

    or Korean are a plus.
  • Good presentation and time management skills.
