Sales Manager
Role Purpose: This role will grow the company business in East Asia, Indonesia will be an important country. Initially, this role will contribute at least $1M of software revenue will eventually grow to a $1M software business annually.
This role will also support the Strategic Vendors having factories in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting the annual sales target in the territory assigned. The sales manager for Indonesia should conduct activities such as cold calling, marketing & sales qualified leads, networking, and partnership with the sales team to develop qualified leads.
He/ She should than work on qualifying those leads and convert these leads into opportunities. Once the opportunities are identified, the Sales Manager for Indonesia should define a closing strategy based on the company digital sales process to convert these opportunities and prospect into revenue generating customers.
The Sales Manager's requirements:
- Hybrid working mode with frequent travel/mobility
- Willing to be based in Bogor as the main office
- Reports to the Sales Director, East Asia (based in Singapore)
- Fluent English is a must
- Candidates who have experience working with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft are desirable.
- Candidate with Fashion and Apparel experience are preferable
