Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services/products
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within key accounts to increase revenue. Upsell and cross-sell products as appropriate
  • Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline for key accounts, ensuring steady business growth
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth
  • Plan and coordinate events such as promotions, product launches, or client meetings to enhance customer relationships
  • Work with internal teams to manage inventory levels for key accounts, ensuring timely delivery and product availability
  • Offer training and support to clients on products or services, ensuring they get the most out of their purchases
  • Keep an eye on market trends and competitors to stay ahead and offer valuable insights to clients
  • Work closely with other teams (like marketing and operations) to meet client needs and ensure smooth service delivery


Qualifications:

  • A graduate of bachelors degree in business related course
  • Experience working in sales industry preferably in food and beverage
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak confidently to any nationality
  • Leads generation, pipeline development, and account management
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Experience in event planning, forecasting, and inventory management (preferably but not required)
