Job Description:

• Lead the operation of the factory to produce feed according to the production plan and quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency are maintained.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on plant performance and key issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager.
