Operations Lead/Supervisor (Philippines)

About The Company:

We are helping our client, a global auto-portal company, and currently looking for Operational Supervisor based in Philippines.



Responsibilities:

• Work as bridge between Sales & Credit team
• Vetting Dealer Applications and taking necessary action
• Operational Controls, TAT Monitoring
• DF Dealer Performance Monitoring
• Fortnightly Portfolio review with Sales & Credit team
• Timely repayment & rotation of the limit
• Monitoring dealer growth post DF and suggesting corrective action to city members
• Adoption of policies by DF members
• Working closely with Tech team on BRD & Product testing
• Ensure adoption of digital tools in dealer finance
• Providing accurate & timely information (MIS) on all key biz parameters to the senior management as well as other team members.
• Intimating/updating the team on the Policy changes/new policies,
• Complete inventory control and management using our inventory management system
  

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of Supply Chain Finance
• Able to handle operations of dealer inventory funding/financing business
• Has experience in start-up and had worked closely with cross functional team
• Process driven & time bound
• Team player and good communication skills
• Analytical thinking & strong MS Office knowledge
• Background in banking sector would be an added advantage
