Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing strategic guidance and performance coaching.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Create and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and individual coaching sessions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions and services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience in IT solutions, services, or technology sectors.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team leadership or management roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
