About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced and innovative Brands Manager to take ownership of our in-house brands. This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth,fostering client relationships, and leading high -performing teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in brand management, e -commerce, data analysis, and team  leadership, coupled with a visionary approach to achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Growth & Strategy:

*Scale and oversee in -house brands by identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

*Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business objectives and enhance market presence.

*Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to inform brand positioning.

2. Client Relationship Management:

*Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure brand success and satisfaction.

*Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and aligning strategies for mutual growth.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting:

*Generate, analyze, and interpret data -driven reports using tools like Excel and CRM systems.

*Translate insights into actionable strategies for scaling brand performance and optimizing operations.

4. SEO & Advertising Insights:

*Leverage expertise in SEO and advertising analytics to assess reports and drive effective decision -making.

*Collaborate with marketing teams to refine campaigns and improve brand visibility.

5. E -Commerce Management:

*Optimize brand performance across e -commerce marketplaces, ensuring alignment with market demands.

*Track and enhance key performance metrics such as conversion rates, sales,and customer satisfaction.

6. Team Leadership & Development:

*Recruit, mentor, and lead a results -driven team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

*Provide constructive feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and make strategic decisions about team composition.

7. Visionary Leadership:

*Align personal growth with the company's long -term expansion goals.

Skills & Qualifications

*Experience: Minimum 2 years in brand management, preferably with in -house brands.

*Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, SEO analytics, and advertising performance metrics.

*E-Commerce Knowledge: Proven experience in managing and optimizing e -commerce brand performance.

*Leadership: Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and lead a team effectively.

*Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client trust and satisfaction.

*Strategic Thinking: Visionary approach to scaling brands and driving business success.

MUST HAVE'S

1.Candidate should be willing to work 5.5 working days

2.Candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in brand management

3.Candidate should be ok working at Shastri Nagar, Kanpur

4.Candidate should have experience sourcing E-commerce brands

5.Candidate should have experience in E-commerce industry and excellent communication skills
