Position Summary
The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting organizational performance through advanced data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making across both branch and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives
- Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate operational processes and recommend data-driven improvements
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives through analytical insights
- Monitor and assess branch and company-wide performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems
- Prepare and present findings to management in a clear, concise, and actionable format
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in operations analysis, business analytics, or financial services
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and analysis
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within consumer finance, lending, or financial services industries
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
- Familiarity with performance management frameworks and KPI development
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience
- Performance Incentive: Annual bonus eligibility up to 10–15% based on individual and company performance
- Total Compensation Potential: $72,000 – $92,000+
