Description |
Specific Tasks for candidate's primary responsibility within · Manage the sustainment of the systems to the required level of capability within the assigned budget in line with the Product Management Plan (PMP). · Plan, develop, coordinate and support project management plans, system reporting, stakeholder liaison and engagement, configuration management, security accreditation, system reviews, CIOG change management and budget management. · responsible for the conduct of simple and comprehensive procurement in accordance with Commonwealth Procurement Policy. · Responsible for inventory management activities and through life processes of the capabilities supported. · Manage and coordinate ILS requirements through the life cycle of the capability. · Liaise with operational stakeholders to ensure that operational requirements related to sustainment are satisfied. · Support the Systems Engineer with maintaining engineering authority and system baseline of the systems as part of the authorised engineering processes. · Provide advice as required to stakeholders, including Capability Manager, contractors, Fundamental Inputs Capability (FIC) stakeholders and Boards.

Essential Criteria |
· Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant industry and/or domain work experience; · Current and relevant project management experience · Knowledge commensurate with the skill level required of relevant Australian and International Standards, regulations, and Defence requirements · Understanding of the content of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and its application the Defence project management environment and Project Management Methodology (PMMv2) |
