Job Summary

The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining, kitchen, and work areas.
  • Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed.
  • Replenish stocks and monitor inventory of supplies when needed.
  • Assist in opening and closing store operations.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints courteously and escalate when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and grooming standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • With or without experience; experience in food and beverage or customer service is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
