Position: Accounting Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Assist in budget preparation and tracking
- Provide support for month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGE TO APPLY)
- Female
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in Quezon City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis
