CASHIER- SAN JOSE MONTALBAN

Job Summary:

Responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining an organized and clean cashier area.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or College Level
• With cashier or customer service experience is an advantage
• Basic math and computer skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to handle cash accurately
• Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules
• Willing to start ASAP

Scope of Work:

• Process customer purchases and payments accurately.
• Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
• Issue receipts and provide proper change.
• Verify prices, discounts, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate cash count and transaction records.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
• Coordinate with inventory/store staff regarding product availability and discrepancies.
• Perform end-of-shift cash counting and reconciliation.
• Follow company policies and cash-handling procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
