BEAUTY ADVISOR

Position: Beauty Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized beauty consultations and recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and preferences

- Demonstrate and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty

- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products

- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

- Assist in merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment

- Attend training sessions and product launches to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotions and events to drive sales and brand awareness

Qualifications:
- No pending itime 

- Passion for beauty and skincare products

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of current beauty trends and products

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

- High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree or certification in cosmetology or aesthetics preferred
