MAINTENANCE STAFF- BAGUIO CITY (CITIES DORMTEL)

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring that facilities, equipment, and systems are in good working condition. This role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to maintain a safe and functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection and maintenance of facilities and equipment
• Conduct basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Troubleshoot issues and fix minor defects promptly
• Ensure proper functioning of machines and utilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and work areas
• Monitor and report damages or major repair needs
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist in emergency repairs when needed

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course (TESDA is an advantage)
• With or without experience (experience in maintenance is a plus)
• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
• Responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy
• Willing to work on shifting schedules if required
