INVENTORY SPECIALISTS - 191 - 193 QUIRINO HIGHWAY BAESA QUEZON CITY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of all hardware items.
• Conduct regular stock counting and inventory audits.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for proper storage and arrangement of items.
• Track stock movement (incoming and outgoing items).
• Prepare inventory reports for management.
• Identify discrepancies and report shortages or damages.
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of hardware materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the storage area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS | QUALIFICATIONS

• College level or graduate of any business-related course.
• With experience in inventory, warehouse, or hardware store operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge in inventory system, stock monitoring, and basic reporting.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to work under minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a warehouse environment.
• Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of hardware items (tools, construction materials, fittings, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory system)
• Good coordination and communication skill
