Position: Encoder

Key Responsibilities:

- Input and update data in a timely and accurate manner

- Verify and correct any errors in the data

- Organize and maintain physical and digital files

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and integrity

- Generate reports and assist in data analysis as needed

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data management and confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field (FRESH GRADUATE ARE WELCOME TO APPLY) 

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
