PUMP ATTENDANT- BULACAN (BOC)

Job Summary

The Pump Attendant is responsible for assisting customers with fuel services, ensuring safe and efficient fueling operations, maintaining cleanliness within the station premises, and providing excellent customer service at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and assist with fueling services.
• Dispense fuel accurately and safely according to customer requests.
• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions properly when assigned.
• Monitor fuel pumps and ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines related to fuel handling and station operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel station, pump areas, and surrounding premises.
• Check and replenish station supplies as needed.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and directions courteously.
• Report equipment malfunctions, fuel leaks, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
• Assist in opening and closing station operations when required.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and grooming standards at all times.

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Experience in customer service or gas station operations is an advantage but not required.
• Honest, trustworthy, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
