QUALITY ASSURANCE - SEACOM RD 31 C SAN VICTORES SAN ANTONIO PARAÑAQUE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct inspections and audits of products, materials, or processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production or service processes to identify defects or deviations.
• Document inspection results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to relevant departments.
• Implement corrective actions to address quality issues or non-conformances.
• Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing quality control procedures and standards.
• Train staff on quality standards, best practices, and proper procedures.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and other teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards relevant to the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS | QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role.
• Knowledge of QA processes, inspection techniques, and quality standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
