About the job ADMIN STAFF - TONDO MANILA
Position: Admin Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for office needs
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in organizing company events and activities
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role is a plus BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work in Tondo, Manila on a full-time basis
