BUILDING ADMIN (ELECTRICIAN TECHNICIAN) ROVING - BATANGAS

Job Summary:

The Roving Building Admin Electrician Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across multiple branch locations. This role requires regular travel to different branches to ensure all electrical systems are functioning safely and efficiently, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical installation, maintenance, and repair in assigned branches.

• Perform preventive maintenance of wiring, lighting, panels, breakers, and electrical equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in various branch locations.

• Respond to electrical emergencies and urgent repair requests.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with branch managers regarding maintenance schedules and concerns.

• Prepare service reports after each branch visit.

• Monitor and recommend improvements for electrical systems.

• Maintain and safeguard company tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Vocational / Technical course in Electrical Technology or related field is an advantage.

• With NC II (Electrical Installation and Maintenance) is an advantage.
  High School Graduate or College Level

• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electrical systems.

• Willing to travel and be assigned to different branches.

• With valid drivers license and has own motor.

• Physically fit and able to perform fieldwork.
