DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen setup
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School graduate
• With experience in cooking or as a Line Cook
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen operations
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and hardworking
