FORKLIFT OPERATOR - CANDELARIA, QUEZON

JOB DERSCRIPTIONS:

• Load/unload trucks, move stock to/from storage, transport raw materials, stack items securely.
  
• Perform daily inspections, report malfunctions, clean equipment, identify hazards, follow all safety rules.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members, assist with general warehouse tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High school Graduate
• With experience in warehouse operations
  
• No visible tattoo
• With NC11 
• With 50php daily allowance 

REQUIREMENTS:

• SSS
• Philhealth
• Pag ibig
• PSA
• NBI or Police Clearance
• Healthcard
• Basic 5 Medical (Urinalysis, Fecalysis, Cbc, Xray, Physical exam
• Drugtest
