LPG DELIVERY RIDER

Job Description**

The LPG Delivery Rider is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of LPG cylinders to customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, adherence to safety protocols, and proper handling of LPG products.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver LPG cylinders to residential, commercial, and industrial customers following assigned routes.

• Ensure all LPG cylinders are handled, loaded, and unloaded safely.

• Verify delivery details, collect payments, and issue receipts as required.

• Assist in the proper documentation of deliveries, returns, and empty cylinder retrieval.

• Perform basic vehicle/motorcycle inspection to ensure roadworthiness before and after each trip.

• Follow company safety procedures and LPG handling regulations at all times.

• Provide polite and professional customer service during every transaction.

• Report any incidents, vehicle problems, or customer concerns to the supervisor promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness of the delivery motorcycle and equipment.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.

• With valid Drivers License (Restriction 1 & 2 or A, A1).

• Experience in LPG delivery or similar work is an advantage but not required.

• Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry LPG cylinders (11kg / 22kg).

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of basic motorcycle troubleshooting is a plus.
