Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support across multiple assigned sites. Ensures equipment, facilities, and systems are properly maintained and operational.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate, Technical/Vocational Graduate, or College Level
• With experience in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or related technical work
• Knowledgeable in using basic hand and power tools
• Basic troubleshooting and repair skills
• Physically fit and willing to travel to different assigned locations
• Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and start ASAP

Scope of Work:

• Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other technical concerns.
• Perform minor repairs and corrective maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests from assigned branches/sites.
• Install, repair, and replace basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
• Use tools and equipment properly and safely.
• Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment and report major issues.
• Travel to different assigned locations as needed.
• Maintain records of completed repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding technical concerns and required materials.
• Follow company safety policies and maintenance procedures.
• Perform other technical and maintenance-related duties as assigned.
