JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for executing and managing trades under the category assigned to support the overall company objectives in terms of growth and profitability. 
  • Oversees, manages, and executes the identification, negotiation, purchasing,importation, and documentation of products according to approved pricingstrategy.
  • Identifies and develops new trading opportunities
  • Performs demand forecasts and procurement scheduling to meet demand and ensure availability locally & internationally.
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing to identify customer needs such as under
  • studies related to competitors' purchasing activities and practices.
  • Coordinates with finance team for budget requirement and ensures that trading orders and procedures are executed in a timely manner.
  • Establishes, develops, and manages supplier relationships to increase trade activity and quality of trading activities

Required Skill(s):

  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to create reports
  • Good written and oral communication skills

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business
  • Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, BS in Logistics or relevant field.
  • Proven at least 3 Year(s) of working experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role in the related to appliance industry an advantage.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Quezon City.
