Position: Quality Assurance Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency
- Document and report on quality metrics and trends to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality assurance software
- Willingness to work in Sucat, Parañaque Metro Manila on a full-time basis
