Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator (Appliances) supports the sales team in managing sales operations, field coordination, order processing, and sales reporting to ensure smooth sales activities in assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and field activities
- Support Area Sales Coordinators, Sales Representatives, and Promodisers
- Conduct field coordination and store visits as needed
- Process sales orders, quotations, and related sales documents
- Coordinate with stores, dealers, and internal departments
- Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
- Assist in inventory monitoring, product allocation, and delivery coordination
- Handle client and store concerns and ensure proper follow-up
- Maintain accurate sales and field activity records
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, or any related course
- With field sales coordination or sales-related experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Willing to do field work when required
