Job Summary
The Fast Food Personnel is responsible for providing efficient customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and supporting daily store operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and procedures.
- Operate cash register and handle payments properly when assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining, kitchen, and work areas.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Replenish stocks, condiments, utensils, and supplies as needed.
- Assist in receiving deliveries and organizing inventory.
- Support opening and closing store operations.
- Address customer concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate or College level.
- Experience in fast food, customer service, or food preparation is an advantage but not required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
