QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably Female
  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in any course
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate (required)
  • Experience in the same field is an advantage

Job Descriptions:

  • Provides administrative and clerical support to daily office operations

  • Handles data entry, filing, and document management

  • Assists in preparing reports, emails, and other office documents

  • Coordinates with internal departments and staff as needed

  • Answers phone calls and responds to inquiries professionally

  • Maintains accurate and organized records

  • Performs other office-related tasks as assigned
