Position: FORECOURT SERVICE CREW / PUMP ATTENDANT

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Operate gas pumps and handle fuel transactions accurately and efficiently

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of pumps, nozzles, and other equipment

- Monitor fuel levels and ensure timely refilling to avoid any shortages

- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding fuel prices, promotions, and other inquiries

- Maintain a clean and organized forecourt area, including the pump islands, trash receptacles, and restrooms

- Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor

- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

- Uphold company standards for customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications:
- MALE

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Knowledge of basic math and ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
