LPG TANK REFILLER

The LPG Tank Refiller is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient refilling of LPG cylinders. The role includes inspecting tanks, operating refilling equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Refill LPG cylinders following proper weight, pressure, and safety standards
• Operate LPG refilling equipment such as pumps, valves, and weighing scales
• Inspect cylinders for leaks, rust, dents, or defects before and after refilling
• Conduct leak testing using approved methods
• Ensure correct sealing and labeling of filled cylinders
• Maintain accurate records of filled tanks and inventory
• Keep the refilling area clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (gloves, safety shoes, etc.)
• Report defective cylinders, equipment issues, or safety concerns immediately
• Assist in loading and unloading LPG tanks if needed
  

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• Experience in LPG refilling or related work is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy cylinders
• Knowledge of safety procedures is preferred
• Hardworking, attentive, and safety-conscious
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
