PLUMBER - 3RD AND 4TH FLOOR BRGY FI CENTER II BLDG, 67 PRIMO CRUZ MANDALUYONG

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs
• Fix leaks, clogged drains, and damaged pipes
• Install and maintain water heaters, sinks, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure proper water pressure and system functionality
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems
• Follow safety standards and building regulations
• Respond to emergency plumbing situations when needed
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or vocational course in Plumbing or related field
• With proven experience as a plumber is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in plumbing systems, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
• Physically fit and can work in different environments
• With NC II certification (TESDA) is an advantage
