Job Title: SALES COORDINATOR

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Sales Coordinator will assist in managing customer accounts, processing orders, preparing reports, coordinating with internal departments, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and other related documents
  • Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries
  • Monitor sales activities and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
  • Assist in tracking sales targets, inventory, and customer requirements
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Handle customer concerns and provide after-sales support when necessary
  • Support sales promotions, events, and other marketing activities
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or related course
  • Senior High / High School Graduates may be accepted with proven experience in sales operations
  • Good communication skills (English & Filipino)
  • Knowledge of cosmetics/beauty products is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and basic systems
  • Experience in retail or sales is an advantage
  • COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH, NBI (VALID), PSA BIRTH CERTIFICATE, MEDICAL (OKAY TO FOLLOW)
