About the job DISTRIBUTOR'S PERSONNEL RELATIONS
1. Establishes a good rapport with distributors
2. Communicates with distributors regularly through phone calls, text messages, messenger, Zoom, or any means of communications
3. Keeps track of distributors' sales performance, reminding them of their performance from time to time
4. Keeps track of distributors' accounts payable, reminds, and follows up on their dues using the report from the Credit and Collections Office.
5. Prepare a Distributorship Agreement
6. Maintains/keeps updated distributors' License to Operate (LTO)
7. Updates distributors on relevant matters such as new products, promos, etc.
8. Creates or comes up with gimmicks or promos for distributors
9. Allocates monthly samples (1% of the previous month's sales performance)
10. Allocates Christmas give-aways, if there's any
11. Attends to queries and concerns of prospect distributors
12. Searches for new and potential distributors
13. Such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College Graduate (ANY COURSE)
2. Has sales experience/customer representative experience
3. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
4. Has a pleasing personality
