RESPONSIBILITIES:

Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery receipts.

Inspect items for quantity, quality, and damage.

Check outgoing orders to ensure accuracy before dispatch.

Record and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items.

Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all transactions.

Assist in stocktaking and cycle counts as needed.

Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and handling procedures.

Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve inventory issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS | QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory, or quality checking is preferred.

Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.

Physically able to stand, walk, and lift items when necessary.

Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
-
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
