CYLINDER MAINTENANCE WORKER - CALAUAG QUEZON

 Cylinder Maintenance
is responsible for inspecting, testing, cleaning, and repairing pressurized gas cylinders to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection & Testing: Performs visual, physical, and hydrostatic tests on cylinders to determine if they need repairs or should be scrapped.
• Maintenance & Repair: Removes and replaces valves, repairs neck leaks, cleans cylinders, and applies paint.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensures all cylinders meet DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards for transport and usage.
• Documentation: Maintains accurate records of testing, maintenance, and tracking, often using tracking software.
• Inventory Control: Manages inventory of new cylinders, valves, and maintenance supplies.
• Equipment Operation: Operates forklifts, steam cleaning equipment, and testing tools.
