SANDWICH ARTIST- BULACAN (BFC)

Job Summary

The Sandwich Artist is responsible for preparing and serving sandwiches and other menu items according to company standards while providing excellent customer service, maintaining food safety, and ensuring cleanliness in the work area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper portioning at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation and dining areas.
• Monitor and replenish ingredients, supplies, and food stocks as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Operate kitchen and food preparation equipment safely and properly.
• Handle customer orders and payments accurately when assigned.
• Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries and inventory.
• Support opening and closing store procedures.
• Address customer concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or College level.
• Experience in food preparation or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
