- 15 years of experience.
- PMP Certification (preferred) with strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in marine construction and contracting environments.
- Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, budgeting, and HSE systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
