Summary:
The HR Analyst is responsible for supporting strategic HR functions, particularly in job analysis, performance management, and organizational alignment. This role includes reviewing and developing job descriptions, establishing KPIs, and aligning employee goals with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions in collaboration with department leaders.
- Design and implement performance frameworks, including KPIs and goal-setting tools.
- Support workforce planning, job evaluation, and classification initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles and provide training to managers.
- Contribute to broader HR projects such as policy development and talent management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters or certification preferred).
- 4 to 6 years of HR experience with expertise in job design and performance systems.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services or capital markets.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
