About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Individual Contributor to join our Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will apply their deep technical expertise to ensure the continuous airworthiness of our aircraft in strict compliance with GACA regulations. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing both routine and heavy maintenance activities, managing contracted maintenance providers, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the continuous airworthiness of the aircraft fleet in full compliance with GACA regulations and company standards.
  • Manage, monitor, and audit contracted MROs and third-party maintenance providers to ensure service level agreements and safety standards are met.
  • Oversee and coordinate both routine (line) and heavy (base) maintenance events.
  • Serve as a senior technical expert within the Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance job family, providing guidance and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with aviation authorities and ensure all documentation, audits, and compliance requirements are strictly maintained.
  • Utilize AMOS software for maintenance planning, tracking, and technical records management.

Minimum Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Education: A Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or a related field) is highly preferred.
  • Technical Background: A unique blend of hands-on experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician or Mechanic, progressing into a senior engineering/CAMO role.
  • Industry Experience: Proven track record working within the Airlines and MRO sectors.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Aviation Authorities' requirements; specific experience with GACA regulations is a major plus.
  • Fleet Expertise: Strong experience supporting, troubleshooting, or managing fleets including Airbus A330, A320, A320neo, and Boeing 737, 777, and 787.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AMOS maintenance software is highly advantageous.
