9 years of progressive experience in a directly related field.

6 years of professional experience in ICT client support, system administration and service management operations in an enterprise level environment.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Certifications in industry relative standards, frameworks and vendor specific solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure solutions and Teams administrator certifications.
  • Excellent knowledge in maintaining effective working relationships with staff and clients.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Azure cloud systems, Office 365, VMware, Active Directory and group policy management.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in patch management operations and tools.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry, trends, architectures, integrations, and process computing.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of leading industry standards, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Good knowledge and practice of team's coaching and mentoring.
