NOC Engineer

Position: NOC Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues
• Manage and maintain servers and Microsoft infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS)
• Configure and support network devices and security tools
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and incidents
• Support IT teams in infrastructure improvements and upgrades

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in NOC / Network / Infrastructure roles
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals and monitoring tools
• Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills
• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)
