Lounge Assistant/ Barista

Job Description

• Prepare a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. 
• Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, offering recommendations, and addressing any questions or special requests with a positive attitude. 
• Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards. 
• Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders for supplies as needed, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients. 
• Work effectively with other Retail store members to ensure smooth operations 
• Engage with guests in professional manner, striving to enhance their overall Store experience.

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable of internal procedures, processes & systems
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
• Good personality & immaculately groomed
• Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with customers.
• A keen attention to detail for order accuracy.

Schedule

• 6 days a week working schedule with 1 day off in a week, except weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

• Shift working hours (9hrs)
